Stunning and good position, we loved staying here.
King room with view over the garden was the best. Location: the hotel was not far from a round fountain where pink lilies grow, and orange and lemon trees in huge pots along the alleys, a geometrically correct garden, and a silent suburbs of Prato. It also was on the outskirts of Prato.

Welcoming staff, MARVELLOUS views by nature, everything is perfect. The twin room is exceptional and has a fridge, a work desk, and a stone fireplace. The cost is US$ 105. The location is stunning with free parking available onsite. Also, we really enjoyed Cascate Riobuti, set at a moderate distance from the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible villa on the outskirts of Prato. the location was stunning, with beautiful gardens, large orchards, and a captivating Renaissance-style building. the atmosphere of the old villa was truly remarkable. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of hot and cold options. the relationship between the quality and price of the stay was excellent, providing great value for money. the villa offered a calm and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from routine. The WiFi connection was also very reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on the outskirts of Prato was perfect for me, as it offered a beautiful setting on the hill surrounding the city. It was within walking distance of both the town center and the train station, making it convenient for exploring the area. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with a lovely terrace, stunning gardens, and a refreshing swimming pool. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from.
Nothing, it is perfect.

This was our second stay at the Villa and it did not disappoint. The place is elegant and enchanting, transporting you to a bygone era of sophistication and beauty. The lounge and loggia are spacious and comfortable, perfect for taking in the surrounding area. The breakfast is fabulous and worth savoring. Our room was on the second floor and had a comfortable bed, ample hot water, and a luxurious bath or shower. The extensive gardens are a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxation and reading. The owners have done a remarkable job preserving the villa and its history. The staff is welcoming and genuine. We can't wait to return!
Would recommend this hotel.

Amazing, historic estate with welcoming staff. Beautiful countryside location and peaceful atmosphere. Enjoyed the breakfast in the stunning dining room with access to a loggia. The gardens were extensive and perfect for relaxing and reading. The owner went above and beyond by personally collecting us due to a problem with the road. a delightful experience.
The bedrooms were a bit underwhelming and could use some updating to match the grandeur of the rest of the property. Our bathroom light didn't work and there was no proper plug for the bath.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
